Location, spacious rooms and friendly staff.

The hotel needs renovation. It is run down in many areas. It also needs to be more interesting and well designed. For example there is this beautiful LED staircase yet the rest of the hotel is so banal and feels old. For the location it needs to be far more luxurious and contemporary. Location, beautiful rooms

The rooms are not soundproof. We were staying at a room overlooking Nisantasi and the noise is unbearable.We changed into another room looking at courtyard. That was very quiet and pleasant

I don't like the size of the elevator and how often it's occupied. Also of the hotel price was very high.

The location is perfect.

On one of the nights there was loud music coming in from a nearby place and it was so loud. The music did not stop until 12:45 which made it very uncomfortable to go to sleep

The location is fantastic and the staff were amazing and very friendly and supportive. The ZEN garden was beautiful too.

The AC! It took us a day to understand how it works. The doors aren’t soundproof and you can hear people walking by

Our stay at The Stay Boulevard Nişantaşı was truly exceptional.The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The entire hotel has a refined, calm atmosphere that makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in.The staff were incredibly professional, polite, friendly, and always willing to help without even needing to ask. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Muharrem, the hotel manager, for his professionalism and kindness. I had forgotten my wallet back in Saudi Arabia and only had Apple Pay, and he was very understanding and cooperative regarding the deposit process. We were also generously upgraded to a larger room, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture.I would also like to thank Ceyda, who assisted us during checkout, she was very kind and pleasant to deal with.Our stay was short (just a weekend of two days), but I truly wished we could have stayed longer. My husband, my son, and I all enjoyed it so much. The hotel really added something special to our trip.We will definitely be coming back.Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable. ♥️

Big room with all the amenities and a price included

Horrible view from the balcony. Could not increase volume on TV. It was out of the way to get to tourist areas. forDid not care for the restaurant food.

Very respectful and friendly.. the location is perfect with many things nearby.. and they have the best management

In some rooms the curtains cannot close completely.. but autrium rooms and rooms facing the backyard are better and more quiet..

Location is good, the noise from other rooms and streets didn’t disturb us, the stuff is great, especially Russian speaking ladies, cleaning is good.

I really liked this hotel. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed. The staff were very helpful and quick whenever I asked for something. The hotel was very clean and well-kept, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely come back.

The pillows were very stiff and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep well + the AC in the room was hot and didn’t cool properly

Not bad, but not good either

Upon arrival I was told the room was upgraded to a room with cith view instead of atrium but this hotel has no reas view, the “upgraded” room was looking to the giant neon sign of the shopping mall across, the stree was overly bust with cars passing the whole night. The curtains were not shutting properly so basically we slept in constantly changing neon led screen and street sound. I stayed in 5 different hotels this visit in Istanbul this is the only one I could not sleep at all, to avoid, go to the other the stay around the corner over prada in nişantaşı if you absolutely want to stay in this hotel chain.

I liked the location, in the middle of a great part of Istanbul. Close to shopping, cafes and restaurants. And it’s almost opposite the mosque and directly opposite Cities Mall. The room size is great with ample room for one’s needs. The bathroom is large with a huge shower and bath tub in one enclosure.

The sound proofing was not very good. The people in the next room’s laughter and jokes could be heard clearly. I had checked out of the room earlier than the checkout time and told reception that I will be keeping the room till 1 and that my son is in the room getting ready to go out for an appointment we had. The room can then be taken back for cleaning. Minutes after this housekeeping were knocking on the door wanting the room to begin cleaning dispute what I agreed with reception.

Great location, a walking distance from the shopping area

a bit expensive, the elevators are too small and creepy, the breakfast is average

excellent breakfast variety and location 10 plus, very centrally located in nice area with lots of nice shops
